The spacious apartment enjoys a convenient location, merely 100 metres from the Mountain Top Children's Museum and 2.4 km from the Epic Discovery at Breck.

The 2-bedroom apartment lies in Peak 9 with a ton of options to hit the trails and easy access to Peaks 8 and 10, approximately a 10-minute ride from the scenic trails "Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve". The centre of Breckenridge can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
