Boasting a prime location, a short way from the Commemorative 1960 wwii Monument to the dead of World War II, this apartment features a steam room and a sauna.

The apartment is in Gloria, which is named for the baroque Igreja da Glória that crowns a hilltop above Guanabara Bay, 1.1 km from the restaurant Tretonti. The Enormous Flamengo Urban Park is within 30 minutes' walk of the property.
