The apartment has a prime location within 10 minutes' walk of Brickell tube station and right around the corner from the Ultramont Mall.

This apartment is in Downtown Miami with architectural treasures around every corner, a mere 500 metres from the Miami Tower. The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is around a 10-minute ride from Icon Brickell Residences, and Miami International airport is less than a 20-minute drive away.
