Situated in the Albufereta district, approximately 5 minutes' walk from the key Playa de la Albufereta Beach, the 2-room Grandpa Beach House Alicante offers a lift and a tour desk. This 60 m² apartment with a year-round outdoor swimming pool is 650 m from the beach.

Location

The Alicante Museum of Archaeology is within 3 km of the apartment, while the Santa Barbara Castle is nestled at the distance of nearly 10 minutes away by car. A beach is only an 8-minute walk away.

Overlooking the sea, Grandpa Beach House also enjoys a beachfront location 3.4 km from the attractively coloured Playa del Postiguet Sandy Beach.

Alicante train station is around 10 minutes' drive away, and Finca Adoc bus stop is in proximity to the property.
