The boutique Central Park Residence Belgrade is located 2.4 km from the entire Tasmajdan Park and only a 12-minute walk from the Prince Mihailo Monument. Boasting a quiet location, within a few blocks of the ancient Belgrade Fortress, this apartment features a steam room and a sauna.

Location

The apartment is nestled in Stari Grad with some of the oldest sections of urban Belgrade, thus the name, 450 metres from National Theatre in Belgrade. The science Nikola Tesla Museum is within 25 minutes' walk of the property.

Central Park Residence is in proximity to Belgrade Central train station.
