The spacious apartment is located in Pietermaai District with many excellent and local restaurants, only 1.9 km from the Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge. Guests can visit Landhuis de Goede Hoop, which is around 5 minutes' walk away, as well as the Riffort Village, within 30 minutes' walk of Beach House The Strand.

The nearest bus stop, Nuyensweg, is 150 metres away.
