Location

This 7-room apartment lies in a residential area, within 400 metres of St George's Anglican Cathedral. The Cape Town Holocaust Centre is in proximity to Avenue One Apartments in Cape Town.

The Two Oceans Aquarium is also situated 2.8 km from the property.

The nearest bus stop, Darling, is about 5 minutes' walk away.
