Providing a courtyard and a living-dining area, the apartment overlooks the city and is nestled near the modern Monumental Theatre.

This apartment lies in the Lavapies district of Madrid and offers access to the huge Plaza Mayor, which is a mere 0.7 km away. The vast 19th-century El Retiro Park is 19 minutes' walk away, and a casino, restaurants, and bars are also near Apartamentos Huertas.
