The apartment lies in the Soho district and offers access to the Roman Catholic church "Malaga Cathedral", which is approximately 500 metres away. Apartamentos Debambu is 0.8 km from the Teatro Romano and right around the corner from the daily Mercado Central de Atarazanas Market.

The mount Gibralfaro is also set an 18-minute walk away.
